End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Communa

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Communa ("Company") governing your use of the Communa application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License
1.1. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
1.2. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App or its contents.
2. Restrictions
2.1. You shall not:
- Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Share, distribute, or transfer the App without prior written permission from the Company.
2.2. Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of this Agreement.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1. The App allows you to create, upload, and share content. You are solely responsible for the content you create or upload.
3.2. You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
- Contains objectionable material, such as hate speech, pornography, or violent content.
- Violates intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to remove objectionable content and terminate accounts without prior notice.
3.4. Content Policy Violation
If you upload or share content that violates our Terms of Use or Content Policy, Communa reserves the right to:
- Immediately remove the content without prior notice.
- Temporarily or permanently suspend or block your account, depending on the severity of the violation.
4. Privacy
4.1. The Company collects, uses, and processes your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 4.2. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Updates
5.1. The Company may release updates or modifications to improve the App's functionality.
5.2. You agree to download and install such updates for continued use of the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.2. In jurisdictions where such exclusions are not permitted, the Company's liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
